What Email Services Do I Offer?

Depending what you need exactly, I may recommend hiring a specialist IT person/company to set up your emails. I can work with practically any SaaS email provider, but I wouldn’t be able to help you set up your own on-premise Exchange servers.

Email Set up – Once we’ve discussed your email needs, I’ll make a suggestion and implement this for you, as long as it’s a solution I work with as mentioned above. I usually recommend Google G-Suite, Microsoft Office 365 or Zoho Mail for small to medium businesses. I never recommend using the free emails that sometimes come with web hosting (e.g. those in cPanel or Plesk or any other emails hosted on the same server as a website, especially in a shared hosting environment). I don’t recommend these because of: the deliver-ability (more likely your sent emails will end up in spam folders or completely rejected by the receiving server); sending limits; storage space; and available features in general (e.g. with Office365 you get email plus MS Office in one monthly/yearly plan).

I’ll set up your email, connect it to your domain (with DNS records) and set up the email account on any devices you need – desktop, phones etc.

The price I charge will depend on the number of email address and number of devices you want it set up on, but as a guide will be around £50 for the first email address and then £10-£20 per additional email address, per domain name. I will confirm the cost before we start.

Email Transfer – If you have existing email address(es) for your business and wish to change email service provider, I can execute the transfer of the email addresses as well as all your existing emails in all folders.
